Thoughts of The Thinker

My philosophy is based on human life, human life from an unique angle both with wide and narrow focus. Once you understand the underlying message through the pages of this book, you will get to realize yourself and truly be benefited.

Problem and its background

In this 21st century crowd, in a high-speed lifestyle and society, you cannot show a single individual who can confidently say, “I don’t have any problem”. Even though when asked by someone, to show with a positive attitude we confidently tend to say the following: “No complains”, “I got no problem”, “No problem” and so on and so forth even though inside we are crushed with tons of pressure from different kind of problems.

Leadership - Chapter II

Components:

Leadership is an accumulation of pretty much unlimited number of components in human life. The more someone has or achieve or incorporates these components or qualities the better leader that person is. These components may come from different philosophy or factual experience of different lifestyles. Continuous learning from people will help you reach this objective.

Leadership - Chapter I

Introduction

Leadership cannot be certified. In other words, you may collect a lot of certificates and they may try to teach you in a so-called leadership class; but that does not guarantee you to be a successful leader. Let’s face it before you even think of becoming a leader. Either you have it or you do not.

If you successfully absorbed my first few lines and still eager to be a leader, don’t be disheartened. Keep Reading….

Leadership is a matter of inner perception of surroundings and perception is something that cannot be taught but to be learnt by oneself. Read as much as you can on great leaders. Inspiration from great stories rouses tint of leadership.

Principles of Reporting

In my article today, I will try to depict some major challenges, the corporates faces from their analysts, or analysts face from themselves. Before I do that, let’s understand first that what we all understand is correct. Why ‘report’? What is the ‘importance’ of report?. Some of us talk a lot about business analysis, project management. Schools talk about this big jargons and teach tons of theories which is, nevertheless, very important to know. But from time to time, analysts lose the fact that the conclusion they try to draw through intensive and time consuming analysis has little value if the leadership crowd cannot fully understand but out of courtesy tells them that they do. As result all their analysis lose the ultimate focus which is “Continuous improvement of the business”.
